This company didn`t have enough customer service that we can contact quickly when we have missed order or have emergency situation.
Especially about a Japanese staff, she wasn't prepared extra staff for customers in Japan when it happened emergency without her.
So, when she have off time there were no staff to response in your company. I had a big trouble in Japan because it was a day to move to other city.
If the Japanese staff can't work in holiday, you should set another staff or stop the order on line during the holiday.

Creative high quality carpet!
The carpet is thick and well-made. Gives off a few strings here and there but over time it will not be a problem. The design is good and adds a nice pop of color without being too much in the room, just as what I imagined it to be.

I received the carpet I ordered on Dec.3,2018. I am satisfied with the quality. It 's very nice and warm !
I was surprised that it arrived with that address without any problems,though. The written address sounds like Chinese. I assume my address in Japanese might not have been translated properly. So I would like to suggest that when you ask Japanese customers to write down their address, English would be better than Japanese.
Anyway, thank you for your nice carpet.
