Lightening fast returns, return for more business.
I bought a coarsely woven wool carpet for the country look I wanted, but the carpet was not to my liking. To return it, all I had to do was to call them. They send you packaging instructions, return label, and the account number. With the account number, you can call Fedex and they will pick-up the carpet from your home at a convenient time. Refund was initiated immediately. I am amazed at the efficiency of this site. I had gotten upset about ordering carpets online, but now I will try a different carpet from the same site.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the rug you received.
Regarding the folds on the carpets, the reason we fold them for transportation is because they are packed in accordance to the standards and norms provided to us from our shipping partners. The folding minimizes the risk of the carpet being damaged due to the fact that there is less surface area, furthermore, the transportation costs are also minimised. If you have fold marks in your carpet they should disappear by themselves after a short while.
Otherwise, you have a right to return the rug within 30 days without any cost. In the case of a return you can simply contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help with all the arrangements necessary to send the item back.
