Really chuffed with the quality of my rug and how quickly it arrived. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from the Internet and not getting to see the rug up close first.....but I couldn’t find anything in the shops that I liked as much as the rug I saw on the Rugvista site so I went for it.
The colours and the pattern were exactly as shown on the site so I am really pleased. Excellent quality & speedy delivery, top job👍🏼

Wrong treatment
I have ordered expensive carpet.
I received it not rolled but folded.
This destroyed partially carpet structure.
Additionally it was tied with plastic stripes without securing the carpet structure from sharp stripes which also caused some damages.
Courier service chosen by sender was the cheapest one without flexibility to deliver goods to me in required by me time.
I have to collect the carpet at courier station which opening hours were short and i had to ask free time at my company to leave earlier to collect it. So it aas wrong treatment of goods and customer by supplier.

Unfortunately due to restrictions from the couriers, we have to fold some carpets, as opposed to roll them. If we used other couriers that offers evening delivery, prices would be very different. And in most cases the courier services work perfectly well.

Huge choice
Huge choice. Quick transaction process. Delivery took about one week.
The only thing is the quality of the carpet. There are several visible hard knots in a different color in my Persian carpet, what was not expected There was no information about it anywhere.
Maybe it is something common by Persian carpets. I am not a specialist in carpets.
