Waste of time and unethical conduct
I wanted to order a pair of pants in a specific size from this webshop, but first I wrote them to make sure that they actually had the product in stock. I have experience from other webshops that they say they have a product, but when you place your order, it turns out, it is not in stock. They then offer you a different product, and hope they can get away with it and still sell you something. Anyway, Rumble wrote me back that they could ship the specific product within 3 days. So I placed the order. When I after 3 days wrote them to ask about my order, they wrote me that the product was actually not in stock, but they could offer me some pants from a different brand (....). I asked to get my money back, which then took a full week. This is a waste of my time and bad customer service at best, and unethical conduct from this webshop at worst. At least I did get my money back which is the only reason why this is a 2 star-review.
