When talking to a staff member in the chat about canceling my flight, they told me I would receive 105 euros in fees. I was later told this was false and that I wouldn't receive anything for canceling my flight. Trying to change the flight dates was absolutely impossible because there were no available flights. I will never use this company again, and neither should you.

En febrero compre unos tiquetes con esta agencia (8 tiquetes aereos ida y regreso); cuando llege al aeropuerto con mi familia, nos llevamos una desagradable sorpresa. No existian dichos tiquetes; no aparecimos en la lista de embarque, nadie respondio. Se nos dañaron las vacaciones. Hice el reclamo con esta Agencia Rumbo y no respondieron por mis tiquetes. Es la hora y no me han reembolsado mi dinero ¡TENGAN CUIDADO SON UNOS ESTAFADORES!, Es la hora que no responden por el valor de mis tiquetes. Y solo me colocan a escribir en el chat y nadie responde por mi dinero.
In February I bought tickets with this agency (8 round trip air tickets); when I arrived at the airport with my family, we got an unpleasant surprise. The tickets did not exist; we did not appear on the boarding list, nobody responded. Our holiday was ruined. I made a claim with this agency Rumbo and they did not respond for my tickets. It is the hour and they have not reimbursed me my money, BE CAREFUL THEY ARE SCAMMERS! It is the hour that they do not respond for the value of my tickets. And they only put me to write in the chat and no one responds for my money.

My booking on Rumbo had a misspelling, I immediate contact to change the name, and they wanted to charge for the change. After you need to accept the charge, but you cannot reply to emails, the phone is just IVR and only chat is possible. After this I accepted and they replied that the rate has changed. I started to contact directly the airline operators and changed the name directly, FREE of Charge. Just really bad service.

They cancel my flight which cost me euro 1,240
Promise to refund but after 3 months i keep calling nobody seems to help! Asked me to cancel my dispute I already did it n they come out other reason to investigate till now i don’t have my refund back

not enter your debit or credit card in thier site, they will charge you subscription and extra things you didn't purschased nor permited them to debit it . they charged me 60 euro for a subscription with no permision from me I lost the money , please be aware they are scam and fraud

I made a reservation for a trip from July to August through a skyscanner in the fraudulent Rumbo. Immediately after the reservation, I received a message that the date of the trip is from June to July, and I could not contact them at all. With a refund of 50 euros out of 1250 euros, I contacted Skyscanner and explained my situation, but I have not benefited yet.

I paid for the ticket and additional check-in services. In my account I see a booking code but the airline company doesn't confirm a booking. In the end, Rumbo didn't check me in for the flight and I can't check in myself because the booking code is fake

Cancelled several flights and gave ridiculous alternatives. Waiting for a refund for several flights for almost 2 years and I have called 20 times and the message is always the same: "We claimed again your refund to the airline, but we are dependent on them to refund you...." After over a year they tell me that my flights are not refundable. I call again and they told me they would make a new claim and update me about it right away. Still waiting... for a few months already, again... I really don't know what else to do...

I booked a flight from Lisbon to Bilbao last year in February, to fly in September. A month before my flight, Rumbo emailed me saying that the airline cancelled the flight, and offered me the option to ask for a refund. I did not get a refund, and six months later I asked for the details around the promised refund and they told me that the flight was rescheduled to a totally different date with changes via Barcelona. They refused to accept to offer a refund, and I asked my bank to dispute and then I got the money back. However, 3 months later they went back to my bank saying that they are not responsible for the cancellation and that my bank has to release the money from my account. They took the money from my account without my permission. This was a disgusting experince, shame on them. First you cancel my flight and then you take my money for the flight you cancelled! I will never book again with rumbo or lastminute.

Manage booking online doesn’t provide you with any immediate answers so I thought contacting a service representative directly would be better. In many ways it was worse. I was trying to change a flight that is coming up soon, so I need confirmation of the change so that I can make reservations and bookings for the trip. Mohammed and Lia, the two agents that I spoke to this morning couldn’t provide any service about the change nor the confirmation. Very frustrating and a waste of time. I won’t use Rulbo to book in the future.
