I bought the "pretty woman silk set" in white/cream.
firstly it took 2 weeks to come which i dont mind but the shipping cost £20 (which i also wouldnt mind if it were worth it)
the satin silk material was thin and cheap looking (not what i expected from a £90 set)
anyways it looked like it was from Shein or somewhere like that so I returned it.
I requested a refund for the money because i dont really want to buy from there again.
However they sent a gift card for the value instead. When i enquired about this by email I was told i cannot have a refund because it fell outside of the delivery time - "your order was delivered to you on January 5th, however, we did not receive your return back to our warehouse until January 25th. As per our return policy, this falls outside of the 14-day return period in order to be eligible for a refund." As they are american or australian can't remember which , Its near impossible to return something within the 14 days if you have a life (the post office is only open til 5pm so if you have a job you can forget that). Anyways since i couldnt get my money back I went online to see if they had any different pieces that maybe id like , then at checkout i was hit with a bloody £90 delivery !??? obviously i didnt pay that but wthhh

Horrible. They basically sent me a shirt that was the wrong color knowing that the shirt I had ordered wasn’t available. They offered to give me a $10 credit??? Or the option to refund. Once I requested the refund.. they stopped responding.

Guys this is a scam! Don’t order anything.

This company doesn’t exist anymore. It is a fraudulent company that has scammed people. I have initiated proceedings against them as they have not provided goods and failed to provide a refund.

Do not buy from these, they sell fake designer clothes and won’t let you return

Been weeks and I’ve still not received my item. Don’t respond to emails. Don’t pick up the phone. Awful service.

Sent me an email 5 days after my order had been dispatched saying that they have cancelled my order as I requested, however I never requested to cancel it?! They also stated I would be refunded immediately however I did not receive the money back into my account for another 3/4days after sending numerous emails and getting no response back. Seems very dodgy to me.

Purchased a palm angels t, delivery was quick but as soon as I opened the package I knew it was fake. Conveniently their website was shut down when I tried to get in contact. Found out they made a new account and I’m not getting any help. FB page is still active but my messages have been seen and not replied to.

The website looks fake.. No messages, no updates.. Be careful with this website

I would give 0 stars if you could. Very unsatisfied with this company. Emailed numerous times about my trainers. Eventually got back to me. Said they were sending them out. Only to get a email saying my order had been cancelled. No explanation why. And haven’t replied to any of my emails since.

Do not buy, very unhelpful people. Did however give me a refund. But not worth the hassle

Blatant scam, asked for a refund and got blocked... now going by @unplugged.uk on Instagram, 12k of fake followers to go along with the fake products

Absolute shambles. Don’t even waste your time.

After asking for a refund I am yet to receive the money back 10 days on. I bought with klarna and they are yet to receive the refund also. Having emailing them back and fourth for over a month now I am worried about my money. The least professional company I’ve had to deal with.

Still not received item after two weeks and ignoring my messages & emails

Terrible customer service ignored messages and emails and took payment when telling me my item I purchased was in stock to which a week later you emailed to say the order had been cancelled due to not being in stock so my question is why was payment taken and funds taken out of my account.

Won’t be recommending or purchasing from rumour streetwear again.

I had brought a couple of T-shirt’s and they never came I was told 2 different reasons to why they didn’t arrive so one was clearly a lie. I Then gave them benefit of the doubt and place another order for just one of the T-shirt as it really wanted it then still 11 days later still had no update about the item, sent an emails just asking for an update of when I could expect the item but still no reply.

I definitely wouldn’t purchase from this place save yourself the stress and spend your money where people can be bothered to answer you mails!

I just want my money back now

Ordered some goods three weeks ago. ignored emails to find out where they are and now hearing they are fake goods anyway. they have now deleted their website and social media. i have found out the guys name is liam george from ireland and living between ireland and london his instagram is @liamgeorge800 - absolute scam of a company. He has changed the name on this to A Step Above Clothing - proves even further this has been nothing but a scam. If you made your order within the last 30 days i would suggest contacting your bank so they can investigate and get your money back.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!
After ordering a pair of trainers over 3 weeks ago and receiving a shipping notification the same day the trainers didn’t arrive.
After emailing one of the directors alerting them I will be reporting them for fraud I received a email notifying me my order had been cancelled- still 3 weeks on since ordering & no refund!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
