There will always be sharks in the water circling around for blood
You have to be strong and fight off the sharks
If you don't let them bite they can't hurt you
In other words remember this
In England you have nothing to fear from Baliffs
No Baliff has the right to force entry whatsoever regardless what they say
Simply answer through your window and tell them to go away
Or don't answer at all
We all have email phones and post so there is nothing that requires doorstep calling
It's designed to intimidate you and embarrass you that's why they do it
The only Baliff in this country that can force entry is ones collecting criminal fines Income tax and even then it's a last resort and very rare
Council tax is a civil debt between you and the council
Scummy people doing scummy work
They billed me for someone else's debt and when I called up to explain they simply told me that because I've spoken to them they're going to pursue me because the other person is unobtainable. They then sent me two copies of the debt, one addressed to me and the other person ( who I've never lived with or had any association), and a copy addressed just to myself! They've now added so many charges to it that it's getting ridiculous, twll me different amounts over the phone as to what the letters say, and if you call them and aren't willing to pay the full amount straight away they don't want to continue the call and aren't willing to make a realistic compromise. The fact that this company is employed by the council is an absolute embarrassment!
Chasing us for someone else's debt!
We don't owe them a penny, the people they're looking for, moved out over a year before we even moved into the property, but still they insist on send threatening letters to us, not believing we are who we say we are, we have had agents come to our door and they have been happy we are not who they are looking for, but AGAIN more letters, we struggled to get house insurance because of these muppets, disgusting company who are about to get a rude wake up call about harrassing random people who owe no debt to anyone.
We sent them proof, our estate agents have contacted them, and still they persist. incompetent doesn't even begin to describe this company.
**Update**
Contact your county ombudsman by going through your councils website, make a complaint through them, ours not only stopped Rundles, but issued them with a fine for illegally pursuing a debt when proof was obtained.
Lazy, Ignorant, Incompetent.
Lazy, Ignorant, Incompetent. The company pesters me with threatening letters sent to my home address on somebody's else name, a person who never lived on this address. They cannot even properly check who they are after and where they are. Completely useless!!!
This company has found out my personal…
This company has found out my personal details and calling me when the debt is in someone else name! How have you got my number when I am not even named on this debt!! Reading the reviews i now understand why you are so bad!! I will be putting this further GDPR and all that
What a job
What a job, to threaten and take peoples possessions because they don’t have the £100’s of pounds immediately to give you in a pandemic...

Ever concerned how your impact can effect mental Heath, or just your bonuses your interested in,
Let’s hope you people will always have the support available that these vulnerable people don’t have.
These people are leeches.....

wot a bunch of bullies and they think theyre so big and hard picking on single parents and the vunerable people in society and taking their possesions and thay chat to you like sh.. on the phone ..
complete rob dogs and rip off merchants
Absolutely appalling that they would…
Absolutely appalling that they would send a bailiff and his £235 extra charge on top of the bill for the council tax to my father in law who didn’t pay for one year due to the loss of his wife. He has paid his council tax solidly for the last 5 years since and previous to this. He is 77 years old and is in poor health and is now frightened about Mr Cohen turning up to retrieve any items, of which Mr Cohen knows there is nothing of value at the house. We are now waiting 2 weeks for a doctors letter to prove his ill health. In the meantime, he is petrified. Disgusting behaviour from the company and the bailiff.
Thats a dangerous bailiff company!
Thats a bailiff company. If you get a letter from them about your council tax do not trust them! They mistreated me and let me pay a lot of money for someone else and now refusing to give me my money back.
Rather go in contact to the council tax bureau itself!!
