Bought three pairs of trainers off the site / kept up to date with tracking etc / slow delivery but trainers are fab and comfy

I'm usually diligent for scams, but this website came up first when searching for sale Hokas and I just didn't pay attention. Completely missed all the red flags (imperfect website, everything on sale, long delivery, random order confirmation email).

Shoes were delivered but they are 100% fake. I'm usually a UK5.5 and ordered 5.5 and 6 to be safe. Both extremely uncomfortable/small and given me bad foot pain, and no way of returning them.

Have contacted the official Hoka directly who have confirmed they do not supply to this vendor, so definitely fake.

Total scam company. Luckily my bank notified me and stopped the transaction. The company that try’s to take your money is called garmentsgraceful. AVOID!!!!!

Fake, it takes 2 weeks to arrive and comes from china.

So, you know. You will get what you pay for. not good quality.

Definitely Avoid. Suspicious straight away after trainers arrived, just didn't feel like the quality of actual Hokas. Now seeing other reviews saying exactly the same.

FAKE!!!!!! I Decided to order trainers from this site as I couldn't find the colour elsewhere. I knew how they felt as I tried them in the shop I'm normally around 4 _ 4 1/2 but found it needed a 5. They came & are a size too big! Very uncomfortable 😕 tried to contact them to return, no reply!! Already disputed with bank. They are horrible people taking your money and selling trash.

Fake trainers. Fake Chinese company. No customer service. I received trainers that were too big and have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks to send them back and get a refund. I attempted to sell them on eBay and authenticator established that they are fake.

AVOID!
Fakes. Fraudulent Chinese company. Send incorrect fake products, wrong size, no customer service, no communication, no refund. Reported to Action Fraud. Bank has dealt with them. REPORT TO ACTION FRAUD. They also use different names.

BEWARE FAKE trainers. Contacted Hoka direct and they don't supply to this company. Opened dispute with bank.

Ordered 2 pairs of hoka bondi. Arrived within the 2 week period, look OK but a little "plasticky", not convinced they are the real deal. Haven't ran in them yet but will be good enough for walking if nothing else I'm sure. Not sure I'll use this site again Have ran in them now, ok, but feel a little loose. Emailed company about sending a pair back, no response from them whatsoever. Will not use company again.

Bought from them, then noticed their trustpilot score…. Tried to cancel numerous times but no response from them. If the trainers arrive at all almost certain they will be fake. Will dispute with my bank after 15 days.

Bought one pair of Hoka Running Shoes ehich seemed OK. Ordered a pair of trail shoes at the same time, which were too tight but seem unable to return them.

They use a Wattsap address, who tell you to email, but emails are not responded to. Starting to get a funny feeling here about this. May see if I can gain a partial refund from my credit card on the basis that retailer is not fulfilling their legal responsibility and allowing me the return shoes...

Trainers ordered and came but didn't fit.
Email attached to order doesn't exist and 'sneakers' the company that dispatched them also doesn't seem to exist.
I also believe the Hokas to be fake and not genuine.
Do not buy from them, a scam company.

Communication was good service and product very good I would buy again from them they sent pictures and tracking information as well and responded to my questions

Order a pair of Hoka, men’s running shoes on a discount back on 31st December 2024. I can see a tracking number and order number on the website but NO confirmation email or account log in email, they’ve ignored serval emails and internal ‘chat’ messages
Service says it takes 10/15 days to ship, my order current says ‘in progress’

Doubt it’s a legitimate service, came up as a sponsored ad from google, plus my bank won’t let me refund the credit card until the purchase is 30 days over…
