Competitive price and easy transaction- delivery was good but communication on delivery date / time could be a bit sharper

Bad experience with them.
The shoes are coming from Germany I think.
my shoes broke after a couple of months and I wanted to return.
they have accepted but it was a difficult process to return and the links they sent me never worked so eventually I had to send them myself with DPD.
apparently they needed a power of attorney to receive the return witch they have not provided in time so I get the broken shoes returned
bad experience overall.
Loss of time and money

Not happy with their customer service. I get trainers, they have been to small. Trying return but QR code for return doesn't work. Form on website doesn't work as well. i send email and asked to generate return label , no answer. Never again this company .

I ordered my Nike structure 25 late Sunday evening, had an invoice through Tuesday to say DPD would pick them up, my DPD app updated Thursday to say they were on route, delivered first thing Friday. Great experience, good comms, product is exactly what I expected and as described and £20 cheaper than Nike and in the beautiful royal blue colour you can’t get in the uk! Super happy, great company, will use again!

Ordered a pair of Ultraboost on the 2nd of December.
Chased the company up on the 11th asking where they were.
Received an email on the 17th saying as they haven't been collected they are being returned and I'll get a refund in two weeks.
I did not have any notification I need to collect them when I had paid for delivery to my house.

Best price in comparison & website was good , easy to order , communication brilliant & delivery arrived when they said …. 👍 can’t ask for more !

I was a little skeptical based on previous reviews however, a few of these just seem to be due to 'slow' delivery so I decided to take the chance. I ordered the Adidas Ultraboost 5 in dark blue, pleased that Running Point stocked half sizes as I wanted to size up a little for running and couldn't see them in half sizes anywhere else. I was even more pleased with the fact that they were £30 cheaper than they were anywhere else. Delivery time at point of order stated 6-7 days. I ordered these late in the evening on 6th November and they were delivered by DPD on 12th so right on time and perfectly reasonably considering it seems maybe they ship from Germany? Correct shoes delivered in correct size and packaged well.

No issues with quality of product. Took 5 days to arrive at my home in Manchester via DPD which is a little long, but okay.

Bought pair of running shoes but not good quality. Customer service asked me to send back to get refund. Sent it back over 1 month ago but still haven’t got any refund!

I felt I needed to write this review as I was very nervous from previous reviews around issues with delivery.

I ordered a pair of trainers on Thursday afternoon and had them delivered the following Tuesday with no issues at all. Can’t fault the service in any way, hoping this provides some assurance to people wanting to purchase.

The cost of the trainers was also 25-30% less than here in the UK, with availability in my size which is unusual for this model!

Great experience all round.

They sent the wrong sized trainers to me, a 10.5 instead of an 11. When I asked them if they actually had a size 11 they could not answer. They clearly did not but decided to send the 10.5 and chance their luck they would fit. The order also took a long time in comparison with other websites, will not be using again and would not recommend.

Good price and communication. Kept up to date as this company use reliable DPD delivery.

This company owes me over £200 and is not responding to my emails. I wish I had read these reviews. I didn’t experience any problem delivery wise but I am really concerned now that they are not going to refund me.

There is no way to contact them except via e mail and they do not respond.

Listen closely review reader, pure people putting nonsense on this page because they're spoiled in 2024 with Amazon one day delivery is not an excuse to give this company a bad name.
These guys delivered my dream shoe, FROM GERMANY, to Manchester, in 5 days, at a price that NOBODY could match, and then some.
Order placed 21st, delivered 26th.
Get some patience, get rewarded.

Faulty product returned, running point agreed to fault after seeing photo's. Returned using provided label, tracking shows been recieved, however shoes have been lost by Running Point and they are currently not replying to my emails. Rubbish service, not recommended.

Returns process is a complete shambles. I received a faulty product and returned it 2 months ago. Everytime I request an update I get the same automated response. Still haven't received a refund or any real response.

I found this company to be really good despite the numerous negative reviews.

I ordered wrong size trainers and had to return them
So hassle free- had very polite and friendly emails telling me when was refund made.
Equally kept informed when correct size were due for despatch and delivered in correct time slot
Trainers are excellent quality and value

I ordered a pair of Asics from this site and then I checked Trustpilot - the reviews made me nervous about whether I would receive my shoes! But 5 working days after I placed my order, they arrived in perfect condition. I didn't need to use their customer service so I can't comment on this but I think where we've become accustomed to Prime and next day deliveries, their delivery times are longer. But they are coming from Germany and realistically, I have had H&M orders which take over a week to arrive so I can't complain about 5 wd. I would recommend Running Point but I would suggest using a credit card for extra security if your package does get lost.
