I mean, it does it's job but I had to replace one and I've never had to replace 'parts' to a helmet before. Guess we'll see if it falls out again.

These little gems are the keys to a great helmet, but when you loose one, it's all over. Glad that I was able to locate them on the website and purchase. Honestly they were delivered quickly (considering they were coming from the UK to the states) and upon receipt, put the helmet right again to working order. I do love my Ruroc and was glad that I could purchase replacements (purchased 2 sets just in case). Great purchase and shipping. Thank you.
Brilliant that you can buy replacements as one of mine fell out on the motorway. Looks like the foam padding had worn away on the one that was left.

They do not hold any stock, I cannot get a simple bayonet fitting for my Atlas 2 which has my helmet redundant . Very poor the helmet is only 2 and a half years old.

Beautiful products, great quality awesomely engineered. I bought it because I lost the original one while taking my helmet out of the top panier of my BMW… it’s a little tight and I guess it twisted it out without me realizing it. I’ll be more careful but maybe there’s a way to make them less likely to pop out with undesired little twists

I love these pins, but the shipping from the UK could be better. Apparently, Royal Mail doesn't offer tracking numbers. Stick with a global powerhouse like UPS or FedEx, Ruroc.
Order had some difficulties due to UPS, and RuRoc went well out of their way to make things right
