Helmet fits great and Bluetooth works well! I love the modulairty of the helmet as well. Highly recommend.

Like I've said before with Ruroc's products, you will not be let down. This helmet is comfy, stylish, and built well. If you're on the fence about purchasing one, I'm here to tell you that it's 100 percent worth every penny.
The helmet is comfortable.it wouldn’t hurt to get a little more airflow. The Bluetooth I’m not to impressed with. It keeps stopping and go like it has a connection problem, but the bluetooth to radio works fine.

The helmet is better in person, it's so dam nice I know I'm going to be pissed when it gets hit by the first rock from these Texas Highways. Overall fit is perfect, I did go a size up and I'm glad I did. The Shockwave sound is top notch. This is the first time I purchased a Ruroc and I think I'm in love.
Bluetooth configuration and function is absolutely horrible. Helmet quality including uncomfortable padding and not even a locking visor combined with weight of helmet is not worth the money. Contacted help desk within hour of order to change order and they were not able. Just ridiculous experience all around from an overpriced product when looking at quality vs cost…

chin strap is so short, I have it extended all of the way out, and barely can get it connected. Why is the chin strap so short? Broken helmet liner clips when removing the liner to install the shock wave head set. Shock Wave QR code does not work. It's the first thing you see when opening the box, and it says "your adventure starts here"... well... it didn't. Mind you, this helmet is nearly 500 dollars. NONE of these things should be an issue. No word, or response from customer service. I was so excited to receive this helmet, and then so disappointed at each level of non working, or secure functions.
Very comfortable!
Not particularly fond of this helmet very tight even though i have the biggest size they do. Crushes my ears and have to fiddle around to get a comfortable fit not certain the padding wearing in is going to change that. Can see that the visor mounting system will cause some issues if you are swapping visors a lot due to the plastic insert tab, why they didn't reinforce it with metal is beyond me, so really it hasn't blown me away over something cheaper. Regret the purchase but will keep it and use it sparingly.
