The sound was good (while sitting in the living room) Trying to reinstall the helmet liner was frustrating. It definitely fits different than it did before having to remove and reinstall the liner. I’m looking forward to more features to help this system catch up to Cardo. I’d like to see more How-To videos that help to get connected to other riders
Some minor connection issues if my phone wasn't in the perfect spot, but other than that they are great.

I’ve not been successful in answering phone calls through my shockwave. This is an ongoing issue. I’ve purchased the Ruroc in part because of the integrated comm system; however, it would’ve been as easy if not easier to just put a CARDO pack Comm System on my helmet. He rocks customer service is less than desirable in my experience, as I have attempted to call them to get some idea as to how best to address this concern. I found more information on YouTube that I have a calling Ruroc. If there is one downfall, it is the follow through follow up and customer service of rock. I love the fit of their helmets. I buy helmets for safety purposes, but it needs to be appealing as well and functional. If I can’t make a call for emergencies via my helmet or receive a phone call then what’s the point in the shockwave?
Better than the previous model which I’ve been happy with.

Easy to fit and great sound quality
Small, comfortable, hidden as the unit is built into the helmet and because its hidden, it has no ugly unit attached to the side.

Easy to install, pre installed leads inside helmet is a blessing. Big sound. I had worried about using the controls while riding/gloved, but after a few minutes of teaching myself vol up/double tap for next song...it seemed just as intuitive as any of the other BT controls I've used in the past 10 years. Thumbs up!
Very very useful and stylish
Very easy to install. Remove padding and simple install for cables. Very pleased. The sound is actually much better than I expected in the helmet.
Really good sound for the price.
For music it's Great! Good sound, good Bass, clear audio. For talking......you would be better off taking your helmets off and conversing at stop lights. Chain App is Horrible. I did get it to connect once and would have had better luck speaking another language. I'll be returning to Sena for my vocal and audio needs.
Glad it is built in and does not protrude.
The sound quality is really good, I have a full exhaust system, HMF Headers & Duel Empire Mufflers, yes I have an ATV but I’ve been over 90pmh on my Renegade & the sound quality is crisp.
Sweet bit of tech, very fiddly but you get a sense of satisfaction from fitting this. The audio is OK, does the job well but I reckon the mic and speakers have been built to a budget as most of the development has gone into making it all work properly and compacting it all into such a small package
Love the way this integrates into the helmet seamlessly. Piece of cake to fit and operate. Excellent
