Microphone does not work.
Great product
Great for music but phone calls seem to garble out or cut out. Possibly due to wind noise in helmet.

Great sound system, installing was easy after the learning curve.
Easy install
Easy to install to the helmet there are places for all the wires which hide them all. I had a little trouble updating as couldn’t use my MAC computer to do this.
I buy it but never I received???
Shockwave seems to work well but to operate takes some visual and mental memorization since you can't see the buttons when wearing the helmet. When removing padding for the shockwave audio install, be careful pulling out the padding as the clips can break. Ruroc said they would send a replacement but haven't received it yet.

It’s convenient, installing it was easy. For the price its not worth it when Cardo for half the price has better sound quality.
Super easy installation and it sounds great.
Little bit of a tricky install just because u have to remove padding and place it back but the actual system it’s self is amazing and it doesn’t feel or sound cheap
