Haven’t needed to use this yet. But I paid for it so hopefully it’s good.
If I cannot return the helmet due to wrong sizing ... I dread to think what the crash replacement would be like. I cannot review at this time, but presumably as bad a service as the replacement under 14day guarantee.

Still haven't been reimbursed. Gave him back to helmet a week ago. Haven't got my money or replacement, and they never talk to you so they pretty much rob me
