Well built products
Product is as expected it is audible when riding even through ear plugs. A little harder to hear clearly at highway speeds with some songs but generally the same as most helmet bluetooth systems. Package did not come with user manual but it isn't difficult to figure out and use. I do love that the EOX helmet comes with wiring pre-installed so it's just plug and play.

The EOX Shockwave Bluetooth sound system works surprisingly well in my EOX helmet. It was fairly easy to install and once it was charged, it has worked seamlessly for about a week with needing to be charged again. The only negative comment that I can make about the EOX Shockwave Bluetooth sound system is that it sets in an awkward position on the EOX helmet and is difficult to use with gloves while riding. The buttons are set too far back on the helmet and are not easy to feel with gloves in order to use the features. Hopefully future designs will correct these minor design flaws with the Shockwave Bluetooth sound system. Overall I am impressed with the sound quality and longevity of the battery. The system was easy to pair with my cellphone as well. I am satisfied with my purchase of the EOX Shockwave Bluetooth sound system.
It's ok but find its not that loud enough and cant download the app

Great sound and easier to use on side of helmet
Only used for one ride so far but seems just as good as my Sena. Decent sound, good range from the phone too. I was particularly impressed with the helmet design being “pre-plumbed in” for the shockwave. Not bad.
Flashy packaging. Mediocre speakers found easily on Temu or Aliexpress.
Unfortunately, this is not going to be a complete review. That’s why I’ve only given it four stars thus far my review thus far is number one. I think it’s fantastic that it’s built specifically for my helmet and the integration is 100% flawless the battery pack locks in to one side of the helmet while the control locks into the other side, externally, the speakers and microphone lock in to the inside of the helmet flawlessly I’m sure it’s a high-quality product and the sound is probably fantastic. I haven’t gotten to that part yet as it’s still winter time I will not use it until spring and writing season comes in again. I will leave a further review then.
They could not deliver it and a bot was answering my mails . I cannot rely on Ruroc after sales service of their electronics. I wished to return it without opening it and Ruroc web service says - not possible. There no phones for contact and no answer from web forms
