This company tried using their travel points to book a flight on JetBlue for me even though they charged my credit card which I had no problem with. However, JetBlue cancelled the flight a few weeks before the scheduled date as they said they method of payment was not correct so they refunded the company the travel points and cancelled the flight. I explained this to rushmyflight and requested a refund which they agreed to. It had been 3 months now and I still have not received my refund. They send emails stating that an update or a refund transaction number will be given with 24 hours but they never do. I have to constantly email them requesting an update to get basically the same response “I apologize for the inconvenience… you will be refunded”. I for sure will never use this company again and for anyone reading this I do hope you take my advise and stay far away.
