I took my car as my alloy wheel had cracked due to a pot hole..they was very polite and fitted me in very quickly..I would definitely use RSV again..thank you to all of the staff ..very good 👍 👍

These people are not worth your time. They either are crooks and break things for you to keep going back to them, or they have no clue what they are doing … don’t know which is worse (remember ‘minder’?)

I took my car to this company for a repair. They called me later in the day to inform me that they did not know what the problem was. When I went to collect, they charged me £66 for providing no service whatsoever. I had to take it then to another garage and pay for another diagnostic (who had no problem identifying the fault). Take your car to these people and pay twice. I submitted a complaint that was pretty much ignored except for a sarcastic comment about the fact that I had given them a negative review on Yell. Absolutely terrible, and they're not registered with the Motor Ombudsman, so you have no leg to stand on if they make an error or rip you off, as they did with me.
