Overall the experience at RW Cars was fantastic. We arrived and had plenty of time to view all of the cars on offer without anyone pressuring us. When we decided to narrow our search down to two cars, Stewart was extremely helpful and again gave us the keys and the chance to make a very informed decision. We bought the car the day after the test drive and the whole process was very simple and Stewart was helpful and professional through. Amazing place to purchase a car and they are all very well prepared. I would recommend RW Cars to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

After a previous experience with a major car dealership where I was sold an unsafe vehicle and the brakes failed within just two weeks of purchase, I was understandably very nervous about buying another car. Thankfully, RW Cars Derby completely restored my confidence.
From the very beginning, Josh was absolutely fantastic. He provided support throughout the entire process, kept me updated, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Harry was equally brilliant, helping along with Josh to secure a great finance deal and ensuring I found a deal that was right for me.
Both Josh and Harry were friendly, professional, proactive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish.
I'm absolutely delighted with my new car and can honestly say that RW Cars have made all the difference to my car-buying experience. After my previous bad experience, they gave me confidence, reassurance, and genuinely excellent service.

We bought a Nissan XTrail a few months ago, wanting to drive the car for a while before leaving a review. The car has been excellent. When we bought it, it had low mileage and was good value. We had Josh from start to finish. From the very beginning Josh took time to explain things and gave us the best deal possible for the car we liked. We had travelled three hours from where we lived, and it was certainly worth it. I would recommend this place and certainly Josh. We done a part-exchange for a new pcp car.
