I needed varifocal glacier glasses on a tight timescale for some ship based work. Ellie at RX was absolutely fantastic, with great service in person and really good communications afterwards. The glasses arrived on time and are perfect. I'm very happy with the result and would strongly recommend.

The products are as expected excellent but the service you will receive is above and beyond. Have now brought three pairs from them and will buy more. Just have my original pair sent back to be re-glazed and serviced, seamless procedure many thanks.

The whole process was quite straight forward. I wanted prescription running glasses. I think choosing sample frames to trial before buying is an excellent idea. The lady I spoke to to set up the trial with the frames was very helpful and explained everything really well. After the trial when I knew which frames I wanted the ordering process was easy enough to follow. And once the order was submitted I was kept up to date with the progress of the order. I have the glasses now and have started using them. The fit is perfect for me. There is no movement when running and I can't actually feel myself wearing them. All in all very pleased with my purchase.

In my case, I couldn't see anything through my wildly expensive Maui Jim progressive lenses using a prescription I know to be current and correct. A vision consultant at RxSport didn't bat an eyelid and undertook to fully understand what I was experiencing before commissioning a remake of the lenses. I dreaded having issues with this from a distance but the resolution (whilst not absolutely perfect in terms of the effectiveness of the remake) has been drama-free, cost-free and quite fast. I'd trust that RxSport are interested in resolving customer issues whent hey arise.

Been using RxSport for more years than I can remember, they've always been helpful if i've needed it, delivery has always been prompt, prices are always good, and the products have always been high quality. Always the people I recommend for prescription sports eyewear.

Great experience. Excellent customer service provided by friendly team keen to make sure that my prescription swimming goggles were just right for me . Email confirmations and updates were timely and informative.

They might take some time (which they forewarned me about) but the product I received, sunglasses with prescription and sport lenses, might be the best lenses I've ever wore bar none.

I placed an order for some Oakley Meta Vanguards and have had my order canceled as they say there is an error on their website. However when i check the website they are still being offered for the same price as what I bought them.

Seems honoring a sale is a thing of the best.
