Proceed with caution

Proceed with caution.

Unfortunately the product didn’t work for me, so naturally I tried to return it.

However, as it didn’t come with any return instructions or prepaid services I contacted customer support in order to obtain a return address/guidance.

They were completely unresponsive and when they finally did respond, they completely avoided my query.

If you purchase this product and it doesn’t work for you, don’t expect your money back - their 14 day return policy is a complete farce.

Took my money but didn’t deliver my…

Took my money but didn’t deliver my item. Gave me a tracking number that doesn’t work and won’t respond to emails or phone calls. I paid through PayPal and have reported the problem to them. PayPal have opened a dispute with them. If that doesn’t get me my money back I’ll report Rylax to trading standards 😡

Don't bother.

The product was ok until the warranty ran out, then the pressure roller came out of its mounting. I sent them a photo. Rylax would not offer a simple replacement free of charge. So not impressed with this company at all.

I wrote a one star review on 30 October and have now awarded 3 stars as I couldn't believe I received a full refund!!! I sent the neck pillow back, well within the 14 day money back guarantee, recorded delivery to the address I found on Government's Companies House and stated if I did not receive a refund, I would be writing to the owner/director named on that website which seemed to have worked. I would never buy from
that company again!

Beware SCAM!

Beware SCAM! Do not buy from this site, you will not receive your order! My Dad fell for this scam and paid the £30 plus the extra £4 for 2 day postage, he never received his order, you can buy the same product on Aliexpress for £3

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Ordered and paid extra for 1-2 day delivery as acute neck pain. 4 days later have not received order. Emailed several times with NO response. Utter scam . Disgusting..I trusted them and still hace neck pain

Scam

I placed an order with them on 10-09-2021. First they emailed me with a confirmation and a tracking number (which did not work) after two weeks of emails, they told me that the shipment is stuck in China.
Almost 5 weeks, I am requesting a refund and they are not replying. My order number is ORDER #13081

Buy elsewhere

Cannot review the product as it never arrived. No response from the company so I am just assuming it is a scam and I have lost my money. I have opened a dispute through paypal but do not have much hope of a result.
Avoid these people.

Rylax Neck Pain Reliever Order No:13025.

I ordered the Rylax Neck Pain Reliever order no: 13025. I wished for it to be sent back & get a refund before the 14 days are up which is next Friday September 17th 2021. I have sent 6 emails to Customer Services asking them to please advise me of how they wish for me to return the goods in tact & if they want me to use Recorded Delivery. I have been waiting patiently for them to reply. They said they would get back to me, I have had no response. I have been polite & up front. Please do not put your trust in this Company, they are not 100% true to their word. I have left 1 Star, but in actual fact I wanted to put nil, 0, no points Eurovision Song Contest.

Superb Products, they really do work well

I have a severe curvature of the neck and spine and suffer from Osteoporosis, I have trapped nerves in my neck and pain shooting down my arm along with numbness to mention but a few pain-related problems. I was nervous about ordering from a company I have never heard of but I did, have used the neck pressure pillow and the posture support for about 3 weeks, I have now been able to sleep for the first time in years with no pain, the products have not fixed me, but help so much in my pain management, highly recommended, my name is Austen Salton

Worst experience ever

This company is nothing but FRAUD. They make promises that you can return the pillow within 14days for a refund but that’s a lie. I returned the pillow within 14days by secure post but now they are claiming that they can’t find my order despite the fact that I sent them my customer order number. I will be reporting them to the bank. This is FRAUD since they took my money and their useless pillow has been sent back but they are refusing to refund my money. This company are Crooks!

Misleading...

They offer a 100% money back return. True but for 14 days only. Why? Becuase their products are such terrible quality that if it was longer than this they would get all their products returned. Despite my item being faulty they still will not offer a replacement item saying I am out of my 14 days. Disappointing... do not buy from them. It's also very interesting how all the reviews here are negative yet all the reviews on their site are positive. Don't trust their site reviews!

WARNING They do not honour their risk free trial

I bought one of these devices with the confidence that I could return it if if didn't work for me, however, when it came to actually honouring their money-back promise, this company did not reply to emails, or provide a return address, making it impossible to actually return it for the refund..

BEWARE

I had cause to return one of these neck collars on 22/02/2021 sent tracked.
I eventually had a reply asking me to reply immediately which I did but the email address is false as it keeps coming back as System Administrator and saying the address is wrong. I have been on there website 3 times explaining this but it takes ages for them to reply.
They have now sent me another email telling me to reply at once otherwise the case will be closed. I consider this to be a threat and that they have no intention of refunding my money. In my opinion this company is not to be trusted as who gives false contact email addresses? Anyone who is considering this company, I advise you not to do it as if anything is wrong they cannot be contacted with the false address they give.

POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE

Bought a neck collar, quality is very poor. No returns Address sent with product,so I am stuck with a product I don't want. Very unprofessional indeed as if we are not under enough stress. Would not recommend or use this company again....

Unhappy customer

I purchased a neck support at the end of November as a Christmas present for my son. Unfortunately it’s not suitable for him, and so I requested a return and refund. This is part of the reply I received:

“I believe you already know about our return/refund policies. According to our refund policies, all return orders are covered within 14 days. And it is impossible to refund after the 14 days period later the day of delivery.”

I understand this, but as other companies have waived the 14 day rule over Christmas, I would have thought that Rylax would have been kind enough to do the same. I now have an unwanted neck support that cost £28 that will most likely end up in the bin.
