Claire at Ryman’s Shandwick Place branch in Edinburgh couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly in taking time to show me how to use the cewe machine to print photos from my i-Phone which was quite beyond me. She then kindly trimmed them to size using a guillotine which I very much appreciated. The standard of customer service and willingness to assist was quite outstanding and speaks very well of Ryman’s

Ive been using Ryman romford for years…
Ive been using Ryman romford for years and regular.
I buy my printer inks and stationary from there all the time. But what is really starting to give me the ick is, the constant preasure to look at and purchase the silly childish pens on display at the till!
First, i have eyes, i can see the full display of toot infront of me, if i wanted any of it, i would buy it without the constant need to be prompted.
Im in my 70s, why would i want a pen that looks like a dog? Im not in junior school.

Fantastic shop and service from Alison!
Visited Lancaster branch to get back to school supplies, the shop itself was well stocked with plenty of options and great deals. Alison was on hand to offer support to any questions that I asked and went above and beyond to help me get everything that I needed. Fantastic service and shop!!

The name tags arrived very quickly…
The name tags arrived very quickly which was appreciated as I had a time limit to get the name badges made. However, on assembly the safety pin of the cage was sitting randomly onto the back of the plastic wallet and so sometimes it is high up and sometimes low down the badge. I hope this does not cause a problem for the wearer at the event.

In the Hereford branch yesterday trying to print photographs. My phone wouldn't connect to the machine and so the Manager, Lyn and Supervisor, Tracey offered to help. The machine was still difficult BUT Tracey was BRILLIANT. Whilst Lyn dealt with other customers Tracey sorted out my pictures with endless patience. Highly recommend these staff!

Would someone at Head Office please request of their deliverymen to remember that there are resident neighbours in earshot of the RYMANS they are delivering to, and making totally unnecessary NOISE, banging & crashing tailplates & palletts is unsocial & made all the more unacceptable on hot summer evenings with windows open and children sleeping…. or trying to!
