Fantastic customer service from start to finish.
Communication was excellent from the start. I received an email telling me the estimated delivery time and when I asked if I'd receive it in time for Christmas I received an email to reassure me I would.
The knife is lovely and the olive handle is beautiful; my mum is going to love it.
This is the second knife I've bought from Samuel Stainforth and it won't be the last. Their craftsmanship is fantastic.

The dagger is impeccably crafted, congratulations!
The leather sheath, however, could be better. The sheath isn’t symmetrical and the dagger pinches in it. I even think the in/out movement will eventually damage the sheath.
