I order one photo book from them, it was manufactured and shipped in less than 2 days, which is amazing, and the quality of the book itself is phenomenal, the paper is nice and thick and the colors pop out

The app is very easy to use. I was able to arrange the photos on the book page as I wanted.
The best photo album seen by me for now , the collours are very real and quality is high, i am very impressed
The album has thin pages and compare to the competition (albume kalisto,albume foto hd) this quality is over over priced. With the half of the money you want i get at least double quality and paper with 700gr/cm2

The Saal app is not stable at all (both for Android and IOS), it freezes a lot during the photobook creation process, it exists the application for no reason (crashes) and overall it is a very frustrating process and time consuming. The website is no better, I had issues with logging into my account multiple times as the pages were not loading.
The customer service is totally unsatisfactory and practically non existing, there is no phone number I can reach and via email the response time is very long and I might add not very helpful.
I had an urgent order that I needed to place with express shipping for which the app crashed on me as I was making the payment. The money for the order were charged from my account however the order was not process. This was very important and urgent to be solved asap however the customer service was extremely slow and not helpful. They advised via email that the order was not processed and I will be reimbursed for the money charged. They did not advise how much time it will take for the money to be reimbursed (as we speak they do NOT show up in my account) nor why the project appeared to be in the “Orders” section in my Saal App. I tried following up with customer service for DAYS to understand exactly what is happening and when will I get my money back or if indeed the order was not process. I had no response for DAYS and mind you this order was very important and urgent for me….
It is extremely frustrating to deal with Saal even if the final product is a quality product. The whole process is time consuming, nerve wrecking and frustrating and I will not be ordering again from Saal as it treats customers with no respect or care for their needs and expectations…
