Terrible experience at this hotel
Terrible experience at this hotel. The entire hallway and outside of my room was painted in multiple coats of a gloss paint whilst I was staying. They refused to move me to another unpainted floor and as I result I became ill from the paint fumes. They still refused to move me, I was unable to stay in my room they and have ignored my complaint for the past two weeks; lying to booking.com despite me having photographs of the wet paint and other evidence. Over the phone staff have been very rude and unprofessional, promising call backs and then telling me they have no contact details for management??!! At the hotel the reception was never manned during my stay so no help was available. I am still chasing a refund for a ruined stay.
