my kid was not able to start school with his sac.
i kept calling your custumer service to make sure of delivery, but each custumer told me a different thing. which put me in confusion and finally late.
i would apreciate it all your phone assistance crew would have the same guidance way and be sure of information to provide in order to avoid confusion.
