Not happy, nothing was received after a month. I asked for a custom label, lost a bit of money.

Update*… my original review is right here just one line below, but this is me officially changing my review to 1 star as I have received no product in the mail, never received a tracking number, never received a reply to any of my multiple emails. This company is definitely a scam…
I’m leaving a 3 star review, but will change it to 1 star or 5 stars depending on the outcome. I didn’t receive a reply to my email, but I notice that sacred purity replies to reviews here, and I see that there are a few other people who have said here they have not gotten replies to their emails either. So I am trying on a public forum. I don’t want to be a pest, or cause trouble, and I understand that I agreed that I would receive no refund if the package gets lost or intercepted in the mail, so I think that may be what happened since it’s been months, but I’m trying to get some sort of answer so that I know I am have not been intentionally scammed. Perhaps Sacred Purity can tell us here, how long can we expect between the moment we pay for and place the order to the time we receive the order? Should it be 3 or 4 days? 3 or 4 months? Something in between?
Do you make the medicine in a lab after receiving the order? Or is it already bottled and you ship it immediately or what? The confirmation email does not include a tracking number, so there is no way to know, especially if they don’t reply to email follow ups.

I ordered a product on sacred purity weeks ago and have not received the product, have not received an update, I got an order number, but I can not track the shipment, it seems to be a dead link when I click “track my shipments” in the confirmation email, and I have not received a reply to my email asking about what’s going on.
I have a family member suffering health issues, so ordered medicine for them, I paid 3 times more for the sacred purity version compared to the other company I was considering because I believed sacred purity seemed to be better quality, but now I’m just waiting with no updates, no customer service, no idea what’s going on, while I just have hundreds of dollars floating out in the ether and seemingly nothing I can do about it, while my family member is giving up. A simple reply to my email would go a long way. But nothing.

This service is a very good. Like good delivery quality. There are customer maintenance very Trustable. I'm very surprised of all.

You may, or may not receive your order. I placed an order in March and only received part of it. I had to open a PayPal dispute, and still no resolution.
If you don’t receive your order, bad luck. Every excuse will be made by seller, with no effort made to replace lost order or offer a refund, but they will quickly accept your cash. Ordering with these guys is like gambling.

I can guarantee you that the other recent review from Barbara or someone Gilley is accurate. I know because my package as well was sent from the same Sarah in Thailand which is probably sunfruitdan’s girlfriend or something. No where on the site does it say this product that they claim to be harvested and hand bottled (no t by them if they are in Thailand) from the trees in Louisiana is shipped from some residential address in Thailand. No where in the website do they disclose this . When I got my bottle in the seal was loose and looked either tampered with or defective and the outside labels was all smeared from the product being on the outside. I emailed them and they were very rude. Said it was fine and no issue.
I’m told them I didn’t trust using this as the seal was broken , not even bunched and had leakage as well as not being told it was shipped from Louisiana (if it is from there m) to Thailand and then back to the United States- which makes no sense at all. I told them Danny or Sarah whoever answers their emails that I would have never purchased had I known this .
I wanted to return they will not return or refund so I am out $100 bc I’m not using something that has been opened & shipped from another country unknown to me.
I emailed several times . They don’t care , it’s all about making his money . Sunfruit Dan on bitchute as well as pine oil the candida cleanse group on Facebook where he sells his service and product to innocent people. Then when you ask questions he removes and blocks you all for his $100 dollar sale of a product with a compromised seal that leaked from Thailand. Tells you all he cares about is making money which is sad I fell for it.
I will continue to warn people until or unless they make it right .

The most frustrating company to deal with. Emails do not get returned at all. I followed their instructions in how to contact, change and cancel my order (I sent screenshots and all numbers I needed to cancel my order correctly hours after my order) it says on the site to wait 24 hours and to check spam folder. I did, no response. The products were not sent when I started emailing, now that they are I’m getting them anyways.
They do charge $58 in shipping plus the prices charge when you go to the cart. For instance on site it says $99.00 but in my cart they changed to $149.
I’m not impressed at all. If I could give them a Zero I would.
Unprofessional, no response, prices are ridiculous and their site is completely misleading.
Never again.

You are accusing me of Lying?! Are you serious? I can supply All emails, times, dates, receipt both from your company and PayPal along with No Response!!
I still have yet to receive any correspondence from the company other than on this review site trying to make things right.
You say you suspect my review is from another company which is completely bogus. I was a customer who was told amazing things about the company and product but with the price, shipping etc. I had to cancel. A customer is aloud to change their mind and follow all the correct instructions to cancel the order.
The way you wrote what I ordered and what I had written to try and cancel my order, you did receive my emails but did not email me back, cancel my order or refund my money. Then chose to call me a lier to save face for your ratings.
Pathetic.

I have sent an email including 8 screenshots of the emails I sent (times, dates before the 24 hour time frame) and 1 screenshot of my PayPal payment. I sent it all at 7:56am 8 min ago.
I am Not a lier and your customer service is a joke.

On Feb 14/25 at 2:58 pm I placed the order (PP receipt),
Feb. 14/25 at 3:28 pm I emailed and asked to have my order canceled.
These are documented emails with times and dates, so when you write I emailed after the 24 hour window you are lying and trying to make me look like an awful person for leaving a 1 star review.
You stated you never received any emails, then contradict yourself by writing my order in the below reply. Then insist you emailed my back but you and I both know that you didn’t.
I’m not a scammer, troll or another company trying to make you look bad.
I’m a wife and a mom who recently found out that I have cancer. Your company and products came highly recommended by a Dr. M, natural path and another woman who is still alive because of the protocol she was put on, (instead of going through chemotherapy and radiation) All of the natural products are out of pocket and we are down to 1 income now because I am so very sick. I’m on 23 different kinds of natural products and the ivermectin that I bought from you was the most expensive item. I didn’t know at the time that I ordered my natural path had already ordered me the first 3 months worth so it would be easier for us. So, that’s why I tried to cancel.
I have no agenda, I’m not a lier or a scammer. I had every intention of ordering from you after I went through the ivermectin that was bought for me. There were other products that I also needed from your company but right now my body is too weak and my natural path said we were going to “hit this hard” with other products then transition to yours after 3/4 months.
I really didn’t want to have to justify or explain myself on a review board. But when you make allegations, insult me, belittle me and call me names I felt like I had no choice because they’ll be other people reading this and I didn’t want other people to feel the same way.
All I wanted to do was cancel my order, because someone was kind to me, then order other products in about 3 or 4 months (we are having to take out RRSP for the products) But instead this whole situation has turned into a nightmare.

I’m finished with writing you. I have to focus on getting better.

Response to your accusation of me not existing.
March 3 at 11:52am I received the order I tried to cancel multiple times.
It was send from a Sarah Granger through Thailand Post. The number is 06798955871. The customs declaration is marked with a check mark as a gift and it says in writing “toilet dye tablets”
Also, I received an email from this company (again)
This company has deleted all their responses to my review. Everyone can tell by my edits I’m responding to their comments and accusations of being a lier, another company and a robot.
I have screenshots, time and dates, emails and original content on trustpilot.
If you persist with accusations, defamatory remarks and false statements and information I will have no problem getting my lawyer involved. I do have all of Sarah’s information and have no problem in pursuing this in a legal manner.

This company has everything you need. And the shipping is very fast. I’ve never stopped ordering from them after the first time. Thank you for your service!

I used to buy Turpentine from this site. And their brand was the best. In a lot of ways. Sadly they will no longer be stocking and selling the product from 26-3-20. Turpentine made a difference for me. Thank you for selling it for as long as you did. Best regards.
