Sadapay aik bilkul fraud aur unreliable app ban chuka hai. Mere account se Rs 11,000 deduct ho gaye, lekin receiver ko payment nahi mili. 2 din ho gaye, support ko 10+ bar message kiya, app mein bhi aur email pe bhi, lekin sirf bot ke auto replies mil rahe hain. Koi human support nahi, koi solution nahi, koi response nahi. Itni careless service unacceptable hai. Agar aap apne paison ko safe rakhna chahte hain to is app se door rahain. Mera amount abhi tak refund nahi hua. Bohat hi disappointing experience!

Sadapay is extremely disappointing and unreliable. Rs 11,000 was deducted from my account, but never received by the recipient. It has been 2 days, and despite messaging support 10+ times on the app and email, I only receive automated bot replies. No human response, no update, no resolution. This level of negligence is unacceptable for a financial service. My money is still missing, and support is completely unresponsive. If you care about your money, avoid this app. One of the worst customer support experiences ever!

Stupid scammers, they don't have no support, barely functional website. Oh, and the App!!! It's a disaster, bichch won't let you reset or edit your own info.
Also the "OTP's" They're never going to arrive so don't hold up on them

they permanantly close your account without any reason and without giving any justification why they close your account, if you did nothing still there are chances sadapay will close your account permanantly,

I ordered a sadapy Mastercard and now it's been 2 and a half weeks. I complained to their staff, but they don't pick up calls... every time the staff is busy, and automatic messages, I'm sick of this. They didn't deliver my card, plus their app is so old poor app, don't waste your money buying their card. I recommend Nayapay and Jazzcash, which are far better than Sadapay

They had taken a good start but within just few months their service declined. They are treating customers like hostages, sabotaging their money and financial mobility causing them loss.

Two weaks ago, I called them for resolving my issue. They don't reply on chat so I have to call them. They are using a UAN number on which call charges are Rs. 3/minute and no pacakge covers it. So it has to be paid by balance. My call was picked on 2nd or 3rd attempt after 5 to 6 minutes of holding each time on their helpline and tet they cut the in middle of the conversation for two two times. After third attempt, they assured me that my issue will be resolved in 2 to 3 days.
Fast forward to 14 days, my issue wasn't resolved. I called them to inquire on their helpline. After 3 attempts of holding for around 5 to 6 minutes, they picked my call and cut it in between after inquiring my issue and taking details. I tried for 4th, 5th and 6th time but they will not pick call after making you hold for 5 minutes each.

This company has just devolved into pre-indepence government office styled service centre where customers will be treated as petty subjects.

I wasted around more than Rs. 300 in all this non-sense that goes on on their helpline and also wasted a lot of money in account and before getting my account deleted.

It has not only costed me money only but also one of my subscriptions was delayed due to their idiocy resulting in loss of precious data stored there.

So never open your account on this platform being run by pathetic losers in life causing others damage to fulfill their tiny egos.

I’ve never experienced such poor service from any microfinance provider as I have with SadaPay. First, after signing up, they place you in a waiting queue—seemingly just to create hype, as if they’re offering some kind of exceptional service.

Later, a few of my transactions were declined when my card was used, and instead of a proper resolution, they completely blocked my account. I even contacted their customer support and offered to pay any applicable fines just to have my card reinstated—but they refused.

According to their so-called code of conduct, my CNIC is now permanently banned from using SadaPay, and their policy strictly prohibits reinstating accounts under any circumstances. It’s as if they consider themselves some sort of US visa embassy.

Absolutely not recommended, especially when better alternatives like NayaPay exist. Terrible service and even worse customer support.

Trash customer service. App is down most of the time. Had an account for 2 years and one day they just said “ok we think your account have some suspicious activity so we are going to ban you”.
Wouldn't be surprised if they just start scamming openly soon.

The best ever platform as online banking, never had any problem with sadapay and their customer support is helpful they reply in a very short time which seems professional to me,

Very Very Bad Service ! Without any warning Account Suspend krkai pher Funds release b nhi krta . ALmost one month hogya email krta krta . Alternative bank bi diya payment release krdai but still Bakwaas.

Their service is really terrible and the app is completely useless. I used it for two days and after seeing the service, I deleted it. It's a worthless app

*WarningPoor Customer Service and Blocked Accounts!*

I’ve been using *SadaPay* for some time now, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Recently, my account was blocked with *50,000 PKR* in it. Despite reaching out to their customer support for *3 days straight*, I’ve received *no resolution* or even a clear explanation for the issue.

After doing some research, I found that many other users are facing similar problems—blocked accounts and an inability to access their funds. It’s frustrating and unacceptable that a financial service would operate this way, especially when people rely on their accounts for important transactions.

I would *strongly advise* anyone thinking about using *SadaPay* to reconsider. The lack of transparency, poor customer support, and unresolved issues are unacceptable. I’m still waiting for my funds to be released, but I’m losing hope at this point.

BIG SCAM IN MARKET

Wish I could give them less than 1 star. They automatically changed the positive balance to negative one. It happened twice. The support is dead. They said, "We will update you soon," from a random unevaluated support agent, Yusra. They reply after ages on live messaging. Like you changed my balance automatically, and I have to wait as you deem fit?

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the Sadapay app, which has blocked my account . Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, I've been met with complete silence.

To make matters worse, they're withholding the funds that were in my account. I've submitted an alternate account for the payment, but it's been THREE MONTHS and I still haven't received my money.

The lack of transparency, unresponsive customer support, and failure to release my funds has left a sour taste. I would advise caution to anyone considering using Sadapay.

I want to share my experience with SadaPay.

I was among the early users of SadaPay I've their Founder's Club Card, and I was optimistic about the future of the company, due to its sleek UI it was easy to use for any age group, but recent feedback from their users has sparked the internet about unsatisfactory approaches from the company. After the Papara acquisition, the quality of service and overall experience have decreased significantly.

Recently, I received an email from SadaPay that my account had been suspended due to a failed transaction, I reached out to them and explained my situation, that I was not aware of such a transaction and that I'd take preventive measures, and I was ready to pay any fine, but instead of helping me out, they've replied that they can't help me because "We currently do not have any updates on the reactivation of these accounts deactivated due to declined transaction." guys seriously? I was in deep shock at how such a service, serving for a long period, doesn't have any policy. Even NayaPay has a policy about "declined transactions."

I won't be recommending them anymore to anyone. I'll also try to reach out to the relevant authorities about this issue. How a company operating for more than 2 years can just operate without "policy." Very disappointing and heartbreaking experience. The service was close to my heart 💔
