Great service, fair prices!

Excellent and speedy service. Very accommodating - amendments were no problem and very easy to arrange. Price was very good value.

Very easy to find the right safari that suits our needs and interests.

I’m still to go on my safari, but I can’t rate the booking staff highly enough. They actually listened to my questions and requests. If you have tried booking with other operators like I tried,you will get chat bots and random answers. I made many demands and changes with Safari Soles,each was acknowledged professionally and then a considered response given. ( Thank you Hawa). I can’t wait for my safari and if the guide is like the booking staff it’s going to be great.

Amazing African Journey!
We have just returned from a month long trip which Kerry Ririe from Pembury Tours organized for our family of 3. Kerry has already sent us on remarkable vacations to South Africa, Botswana, and even Zimbabwe. This time Kerry arranged another trip of a lifetime with a Self Drive through Namibia, several stops if South Africa and concluding at the beaches in Mozambique. Kerry's careful attention to detail and meticulous planning resulted in a fabulous custom itinerary. The many flights, the luxury lodges, the numerous transfers, and even the activities, including safaris, were flawless. Kerry has always been extremely patient with all requests and questions which she continuously answered very quickly. In fact, Kerry was even available throughout our trip. Very minor glitches were immediately and easily resolved by Kerry. Kerry's
advice and recommendations and attentions to details was appreciated. Finally Kerry also included The Travel Portal and even a paper copy of our itinerary - both very helpful. Of course I recommend Kerry and Pembury Tours. Thank you Kerry and already looking forward to our next trip planned by you.

Very quick to respond, helpful suggestions, happy with the price. Confirmed the booking with all hotels booked, except one on a waitlist, which I was aware of. Our trip is not until next year but very happy with the service so far.
