Fast and efficient service
Fast and efficient service, locked myself out of van with keys in, Elliot was quickly there to gain entry safely.
Some use devices to bend doors - Elliot has safe method of picking lock.
Very reasonable rates unlike the big national companies

Highly recommended lock smith
This guy came out straight away to me only took 20 mins and he gained me entry into my flat within a minute. His price was excellent. I highly recommend this guy he was also very friendly

Glad I chose Cumbria Safe &Locks from my Google search
No idea who to contact when my PVC front door locked and wouldn’t unlock. Thankfully, having read some reviews, I chose Safe & Locks from my Google search. Elliot arrived and in a jiffy knew what the problem was, and adjusted the four metal boxes in the door frame that the bolts go into, to re-line them up.Then ensured I knew how best to operate locking and unlocking, to avoid damaging the gearing in the lock. Good advice appreciated.. Excellent, efficient, friendly, professional service. Would certainly recommend. Christine

Nightmare scenario
Nightmare scenario, looking after a neighbour's dog. The key they had provided broke off in the lock. Poor dog locked inside. "twas the night before the night before Christmas", Other places claiming to offer 24 hour call out didn't even answer the phone. Elliot came out promptly to a remote rural location in the dark, solved the problem and his charges were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.
