You placed your order on August 1st, and unfortunately, on August 11th, we learned from the manufacturer that the safe was out of stock. We canceled and refunded your order right away, but I realize it was disappointing to wait only to find out it wasn’t available.
We do our best to keep stock information accurate, but sometimes the manufacturer’s updates don’t reach us as quickly as they should. We’re working to improve communication so this doesn’t happen again.
