I was trying to get the order in and I was having problems. Then Matthew got the order and he was the person that got the order done. Because the order amount had to be verified by the card company. After that the green light was on and the order was completed by Matthew. So good experience well done.

Love my trike hated the assembly instructions
Love my new fat tire golf trike. It took about two weeks to receive after ordering and the company called me right after I placed my order to confirm my purchase. The only problem I had was that some assembly was required and the directions sent were terrible. I would recommend for a new set of instructions or have a video available on the assembly of the Fat Tire Golf Trike. Otherwise, this product is a blast!!
