Started a new job got told about this site for great work shoes I ordered a pair of the trainers so comfortable to wear as I am on my feet all day had the shoes a few months had a slight issue called them up explained my issue and wow with in 3 days even got a response off the manager bill so helpfull I would highly recommend safety brand shoes really professional company I will be back as will be my colleagues as well

Great customer service, any questions just email them, a real person answers with real knowledge of their products, so I got mine, they’re lightweight, look like regular trainers, soft and comfy, no blisters wearing them in, just good to go, have bought many safety shoes over the years but these are the best so far, give them a try you won’t be disappointed !!

What can I say that hasn't already been said.... been looking for some safety trainers while I work on some building projects, our current work boots are very uncomfortable. While searching on the web for some alternative shoes I found this site, I was quite sceptical due to the low prices however I took the risk and ordered the Safety Air Trainer Style 51 Men.
They came promptly in a few days and they look/felt quality, been using them for a good few weeks they are very comfortable to work in, I will be ordering a 2nd pair very soon, so if you looking for some alternative to work boots then try the safety brands you won't be disappointed.

I have bought safety boots numerous times from Safetybrands and have always been happy with the quality and style of the boots.

I purchased shoes for work as they seemed like a great buy! They were delivered quickly and initially I was very happy however; very quickly into owning them, the shoes deteriorated and I was left with very uncomfortable shoes that were not fit for purpose. I am now in a position where I’m wearing awful shoes until I can purchase others from elsewhere. Worryingly, there are more reviews like this and I unfortunately hadn’t seen these when I made the purchase. Very disappointed and a total waste of money.

I wrote a negative review last week based on the experience with a product however, after exchanging emails we managed to come to a resolution to which I’m very grateful. Things go wrong but it’s how they’re dealt with that is the most important.

Paid for product and not received them! I think it’s mostly Royal Mail’s fault. But had no reply from Safety Brands via email and no one is picking up the phone! Maybe they have gone bust! I’d recommend you buy somewhere else like Screwfix.

The products are lightweight and very comfortable designed mainly for indoor use however they are used outdoor in challenging conditions and do stand up,probably purchased 90 pairs up to now and there attention to detail is extremely good!

If I could give no stars I would they've ignored me emails an calls. They've false advertised size 13s as 11s clearly trying to get rid of their surplus an expect you to pay to send them back even though they've lied about the size. I'll be reporting to trading standards for this disgusting behaviour. Falsely marked up safety equipment is a crime an can land the company big fines even prison time if people are hurt using your product.

Amazingly comfortable, by far the best steel toe capped trainers I have ever brought.

Good quality safety shoe and really comfortable. Had an issue with delivery initially but good communication from them and got it resolved straight away.
