Scammers. I returned mine with a rather lovely (not) message written on the envelope. Okay, you could argue that proves the address is 'live' (easily done anyway), but every time a person returns th... See more

sell your info to people to then bombard you with junk
where they got my info I don't know
I have looked to see if I can get it deleted, but the ICO website doesn't make it clear that this would be the case and I don't want to give them more info that they can then sell on
Privacy means nothing to them
Absolute disgrace
This company is SELLING my information to others to spam the post box of a property I lived in over 17 years ago! How is this even allowed?
A disgusting parasitic scumbag company
A disgusting parasitic scumbag company. They sell your data and make money from it? Where is our compensation ... a little glimpse into everything wrong with our current societies.

They sell out of date data to 3rd parties. I have been trying to stop them doing this with my old data for a year and yet they still continue to sell it on. I have letters with personal information going to an old address and have called them and e-mailed them but still they do it. They have no idea of what the GDPR rules are and ignore them for their own profit.

These people work for TV licensing and match up email users who watch iPlayer with addresses on file and report the address to the BBC. They don't cross reference email addresses not names so if someone lived in your house 10 years ago and watched iPlayer, you'll get a letter stating you watched it and they have records to prove it. Disgusting liars. I have asked for a SAR and will be requesting all my information to be deleted. Will be interesting to see if I get the details of the previous person who lived here. Foul company. The BBC confirmed all of this in a letter. I have taken my complaint further which is why I have an actual answer. I look forward to reporting you to the ICO if you don't give me my SAR. I hope everyone requests a SAR and then for their information to be deleted from you.
