i have been a client for 6 years never ever had an accident . the time i get an accident in Tetouan everything changed they wont give me a cheque as they claimed you can get it in 48h .they is no repairing garage in Tetouan .the agents at the agency act like they knows nothing the director never been there he tried to avoid me . i get my money which is 4000dh less than what i paid in repairing my car all that after 10 months waiting .i tried to report this agency to the central one but they dont care .stay away from this fraud insurance.
