We own two Sahara gas products a Table Top outdoor heater and a Provence Room Heater / both are fabulous products and the heat produced is brilliant - so reliable & economical to run……..
Recently the 2021Provence needed a replacement Pulseigniter - dealership directed us to Universal Innovations Kilcoole Co.Wicklow.
Superb Sales Support staff-both Paula & Mairead knew their products very well - & reassured us that the Provence Roomheater was still safe to use by lighting the pilot light manually.

*Paula noted that our 2021 model has two connecting wires and went out of her way to check current stock & arranged that the replacement had the two terminals.
The online bank transaction was very safe and Paula was able to post out the new Pulseigniter that same afternoon!

*Mairead became involved when July holidays here in N.I. caused a slight delay - she was very efficient & used their tracking system to highlight delivery status.
Very pleased to write this review - Good reliable Sahara Gas Products & a very professional Sales Support Team to keep customers happy.

As a member of Drogheda men's shed co.louth I cook for our large membership. We are supported by FloGas who kindly supplied us with a Sahara x-series 4 burner which arrived today. I'm a retired maintenance technician and the assembly of this product is a piece of cake, fully unpacked and assembled in 90 minutes. Very high quality product. Looking forward to firing it up tomorrow.

We have a fantastic Sahara BBQ that makes cooking for large groups quite easy. We purchased the smoker box and wood chips which added a lovely Smokey taste.
Couldn’t recommend it highly enough, delighted with it

The staff where I bought the Barbecue were very helpful very polite and very knowledgeable. The delivery guy was also the same. The Barbecue was of excellent quality.

Just wanted the broken plastic regulator knob replacing after first use but after contacting SaharaBBQs was immediately sent the whole regulator unit. Great, prompt, no quibble customer services. Thanks guys.

Delivery originally planned for mid morning but just kept being delayed.

BBQ only came with propane regulator. It says it can burn propane OR butane (I use butane).
When I rang customer service to order a butane regulator I was told in a very off hand manner Sahara "don't do" butane regulators. Had to find a 3td party supplier to resolve.
Wouldn't use any company again which has a disrespectful customer service.

Great bbq we got this as a 25yr long service gift absolutely loving cooking on it

Great experience from ordering to assembly - everything was a breeze. We are also delighted with the performance of the BBQ. Hats off to this company who delivered the BBQ inside 24 hours.

Product itself good but not delivered within timescales.
Had to phone customer service who didn’t seem interested whatsoever and never called me back despite advising would.
Shame as we’ve bought this company products before and are good quality but would definitely think twice before purchasing again

Nice sturdy BBQ, came promptly (courier did provide updates of delivery). Heavy to move in the box but I expected. Easy to put together, instructions simple to follow. Fantastic BBQ, love it. Had a slight issue with paint peeling in one area after the first use. Contacted Sahara with pictures and a replacement part sent out within a day or so. Cannot fault it. Get it, you won’t be disappointed. My oven is redundant for now.

Lovely bbq easy to put together lit up straight away. The heat is amazing. Looks great. It is very heavy to move but that’s reassuring for very windy days.
Only negative not much correspondence regarding delivery had a text in the morning to say something was coming that morning and that was it. That could be improved

We had previously purchased our BBQ with no issue but ordered a pizza stone which took over 2 weeks to be delivered. When i called to chase the order the delay was blamed on staff not being in and bulking orders together to send to the UK leading to delay. Beware if you are ordering and expecting quick delivery

Had been looking out for parts for my Provence heater for a while. Found them here. Quick delivery. Good service.

This company actually did what it said on the tin they were good to their word on quality delivery time and price full marks I am impressed.

Don't normally write reviews but given the customer service from Alan feel compelled to. Having made the mistake in ordering a cover too small Alan has gone above and beyond on helping me return it for the correct size. Don't often see this support elsewhere. 5 star company to buy from.

It's not often you come across a company that has what you need, has a friendly and professional team at the other end of the phone AND gives you want you want. (Thanks to the Rolling Stones for this play on words!)

Quick reply with question about stock then emailed me when back in stock and then prompt delivery. All hassle free.

I had a small issue with a stove and found Sahara BBQs on the internet. The issue was complicated by my moving back and forth between the UK and France.
Sahara sorted out my issue, with little fuss and a lot of friendly help and advice and now the stove is working perfectly once more. Many thanks, particularly to Alan, for being so helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Cal (France)
