My old mild steel vaporising bars had become rusty. Luckily Universal Innovations supply pretty much ass the spares you will need to have your BBQ looking like new and they supplied me with new stainless bars. Delivery took 4 days and I am ready to go again. Great service from a great company.

Looked for grills for Sahara x350. They were out of stock.Informed by email that I would automatically be emailed when they were available. Notified 4 days later and completed the purchase by phone.Delivered two days later.Great service.

We love our new BBQ. It was relatively easy to put together and feels solid. Being able to see the food cook through the glass is a bit different and looks pretty cool! Really good value for the money. Purchased ours in a sale!

Ordered 2 different items. Both arrived in two days which was excellent. One part had some items missing. On reporting this the missing part again arrived within 48 hrs. Wry good service and thank you. Missing part supplied without any consultation, just a email. Thank you.

Fantastic service with good communication, order dispatched on time and safely delivered, great product and easy to assemble with instructions included, took me around 1hour, another pair of hands would be helpful.
I would certainly recommend Sahara if your looking for a new gas bbq.

So, BBQ 3 burner bought last year, this is decent, not overly simple to put together but sturdy enough. I’d say it doesn’t quite crank to a level of heat I’d like, and is lacking that oomph to really do a high heat. Cooking parts all well made and solid. Pricing point is on reflection quite high, but they are all in the same ball park to be fair.

Separately bought griddle insert, would argue it’s a touch smaller than the circumference opening, not annoying enough to worry about. Again well made, and sears well enough.

Sahara is a relatively unknown brand, near enough justifies its asking price, has the standard features and a few ideas like drink holder front flap.. could just do with that extra oomph for searing..

Great quality covers. However a little frustrating that both covers are exactly the same, 1 should be fitted to the size of the side table but would actually fit another bbq. With the price paid I was hoping for covers that fit my specific bbq.

Sent the Wrong BBQ!

Bought the x 450 bbq and a number of items such as stone plate, Sahara smoker box , fish basket, grill brushes etc . Very happy with quality of all items, the bbq is very good quality and cooks very well. I got what I paid for and delighted I spent the extra few quid to get a top class bbq. It looks well, easy to use and cooks a variety of foods . Glad I chose the Sahara over the other bbqs I researched.

Hi, Sahara Customer Support was great when contacting directly. Package delivery was scheduled to take 5-7 working days. Delivery was attempted 2 days after order completion message which would normally be appreciated. Unfortunately, with no warning, courier details or delivery tracking this didn't suit on this occasion. Managed to rearrange with courier for a couple of days later on second attempt. Maybe bit more communication between supplier, courier and customer would help. Thanks.
