Just ignore me!
I bought offshore sailing gear through the sailingclothingstore.co.uk website which proved to be not very waterproof! Admittedly I raised this issue more than a year after purchase (although I first experienced a wet bum well within the year, I sail rarely and usually not bad weather, so stupidly ignored at first)
Whilst I appreciate I was late raising the issue, what I find unacceptable is that I have twice emailed the store about this and been totally ignore both times.

Returning does not work
I ordered Henri Lloyd sailing clothes. Decided to return some of the items, sent them back in the same packaging that I received. Reason for return was wrong size, tried the clothes for one time at home.
SailingClothingStore claimed that the goods were in bad shape, charged me 150 pounds for cleaning jacket and trousers.. They were in perfect shape when I sent them.
They also declined to send any proof of damage.
Avoid.
