Couldn’t give them enough stars
Couldn’t give them enough stars. I had to return my parcel twice due to the fitment not being as RS stated. They were very understanding and accepting of my issue. With the part not able to fit my age of boat (despite being stated it would by RS). Sailingfast were extremely understanding and hassle free, a parcel force van was sent to my house to collect the parcel and full refund was issued.
Customer service was reliable and easy to work with, special thankyou to Emma Hepplewhite who was very patient and easy to work with. I will definitely be buying again from here in the future and recommend to anyone who wants fast reliable customer service and delivery.
