Had a fault on a pump that was solved by a very helpful customer service agent susan helped solve the issue extremly well. Salamander are an excellent company will use them again.

Wow what a fantastic experience I was talked through everything in detail and with clear and not rushed instructions. Susan Haley is a great ambassador for the company,I would recommend 100%

I have contacted Salamada several times with my problem with my pump and they have been so helpful and kind. Today I got in contact with Salamada tech department and talked to Angela Siddle.who was fantastic and resolved my problem she told me I had the wrong pump and told me the correct pump for my bungalow. She was so kind and nothing was touch trouble .I did say to her I wish everyone was like you the world would be sp much better. I thank Angela so much and thank Salammada for all staff kindness.

1st pump failed immediately out of the box. The plumber installed a replacement & it's now horrifically noisy. It's in an Airbnb cabin & you can hear it running from 25 meters away (outside) the building.

Edit - Salamander pumps responded quickly & the faulty pump was replaced. Now much quieter.

Shower pump replaced in January. Worked fine for three and a half months then failed. The plumber who installed it didn’t want to know. I phoned Salamander and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Although I had to pay an up front charge for an engineer to visit, this was refunded after the pump was changed.

We are on our second pump now and it is sounding like it is going to take off any minute.
It runs on when there is no demand and makes a loud whirring noise so much so the the downstairs neighbor has started to complain about the noise.
I contacted Salamander and was told I had to pay £136.80 to get a warranty check !!!!!
Yet the pump has a 3 year warranty that is only 2 years old.

The speed in which they dealt with my issue was great and the person I chatted with was very helpful.

Called salamander yesterday spoke to a young lady called Katie mills she is so professional kind spoken this young girl gets a 20/20 you don’t come across people like this any more regards wayne

We will be on our 4th pump within 2 years!! The latest has lasted a whole 2 months.

We’ve had their engineers out to check on faults, rectified anything they’ve found and still we have issues!

My 3-month old Salamander shower booster pump had failed and I wanted to claim under the warranty. I contacted Salamander Tech Support and they required me to submit quite a detailed description of my installation and system which included 13 images, 5 system configuration measurements and 3 flow measurements.

Having sent them the requested information, I heard nothing for a week so called the Salamander Tech Support phone number.

The lady who took my call, Susan Haley, could not have been more helpful.

First, she apologised for the lack of response. Apparently my ‘case’ had been mistakenly filed as ‘completed’. She then decided to look into the problem there and then, live, over the phone, rather than fobbing me off with a ‘we will get back to you’ response. Over the next 40 minutes she went through the stuff I had sent in, with Susan asking for clarification where needed and explaining to me various shortcomings in my installation in terms that I, who have no plumbing expertise, could understand.

She then agreed to replace my pump, which may be more than was strictly required, and gave me detailed advice as to how the pipe configuration could be modified to allow the installation to comply with the warranty conditions.

Ms Haley was clear, competent (and charming!) throughout the process and I could not be more satisfied with it and the outcome.

Had to contact Salamander due to a pump breakdown within the warranty period. Their representative I spoke with was so helpful and knowledgeable and guided me through what I had to do to give her the information required, and hope now this will enable a satisfactory conclusion.

Got fantastic support and advice from Lee who helped me resolve my pump issue.

Very helpful people. Shortly after moving into our elderly house, the shower pump failed.
I was told that it was not long out of warranty, but nonetheless, at no charge, a new pump was delivered within a couple of days.
It was an unexpected pleasurable experience to have such generous service.

My home boost pump had started to make an awful squealing noise when in operation. It still pumped as it should but became incredibly loud. As it was still in warranty I phoned salamander and spoke to a very pleasant young lady named Heather. She asked me a few basic questions about the install, so a few measurements and pictures later, I was informed that a new replacement would be on the way soon. I cannot fault the service I received and I'm very happy with the outcome.

I had issues with a malfunctioning hot water pump. I contacted the customer services line and got through to someone who promptly put me in contact with the technical support department.

Lee was the technical advisor who handled my query and provided support and guidance to rule out common issues. When the tests I was instructed to carryout revealed the fault was with the pump, he authorised the dispatch of a replacement unit under warranty.

My experience was very positive and my advisor was knowledgeable and helpful.
