Buyer beware, these items are made in Portugal, hence the high shipping cost.
Any issues with the item, your fault or theirs, you have to return and pay to shit to Portugal. There was no consideration in this and don’t want others to fall in the same trap. Especially for something that is no better locally sourced

I’m very disappointed with Salavisa and their product quality. I take good care of my belongings and chose what I thought was a high-quality, premium phone case, but it turned out to be a huge mistake.

After only normal daily use (carried carefully in my handbag), the case got scratched, even by the power bank it was supposedly designed for. It broke completely after falling once.

When I contacted support, they admitted it was a coating issue but refused a refund. We eventually agreed on an exchange, but the replacement had the same problem: after just a week, it scratched again and lost its color.

I reached out once more, only to be told it was my fault for how I “used” the product, apparently, putting a phone case in a bag or next to a power bank is considered misuse!

After five months of back-and-forth emails, they finally agreed to issue a refund. A month later, the refund still hadn’t been processed. When I followed up, they reversed their decision and said I wouldn’t receive my money back after all, which I’m quite certain isn’t even legal.

Terrible quality, overpriced products, and an even worse customer experience. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

The product and colour and personalised text on the site looks much better on screen than the actual product which looks pretty cheap. It’s not worth the money and the extra delivery to the UK. Buy something else instead. Really disappointed. I’d like a refund.

Just love my Tortoise Créme Phone Case. Super resistant and stylish. Highly recommend it :)
