Nice costumer service, fast delivery, good prices.

Very fast delivery of the Pixel 2 which was considerably cheaper compared to the other sites. I spoke with the support regarding the warranty 2-3 times (they must have been pretty annoyed with me by the third time yet didn't show it) anyways, there was always someone to pick up the phone and answer my questions.

If I could give -5 I would. I have never been so insulted in my life after talking to some "person" in their B2B office. He wrote to me with sarcastic phrases, that my company was basically worthless to them. He wouldn't even give a Rabat with the sale of 5+ expensive mobiles. He then continued to send one email after another each ruder than the last. What kind of way is this to run a company Salgsbutikken ??

How dare you speak to me the way you did ! I have mails as proof of you need to review them. I demand said "person" be reprimanded for his blatent arrogance and attitude. You lost a customer today, I will never go by your website again !

This is the first time I have shopped with Salgsbuttikken.dk and it impressed me very much.
-The shopping/buying was quite straightforward.
-The most impressive thing was, i bought my phone (Google Pixel) on Sunday night and it was delivered by Tuesday evening. That's very fast shipping.

-One more small benefit that i noticed was, they outright said that they will only charge after the item has been shipped. I like that policy.

I bought my new LG G6 phone via Salgsbutikken. The price I paid was the best I could find at the time and it arrived in perfect condition a few days after having placed my order. Having used my Dankort, there was a manual security needed to finalize the order designed to protect both me and Salgsbutikken. This was a minor inconvenience though, as their customer service responded with lightning speed. I am very glad that I chose Salgsbutikken and they are most deserving of my five star rating!
