I ordered a sofa bed from sofabeauty since 11/22 I still have not received it. However, someone said I received it and show where it was signed. Obviously, that was not my signature. That $98, they will regret taking it. I have written so many emails to them and they would answer but now no contact at all. Bunch of thieves! Taki g people's money. You will regret this!

I ordered a sofa bed Sept of last year, the first shipment failed customs at port of LA. Then it was supposedly reshipped.. Supposedly it was delivered to my post office April 6.. Then supposedly they said it was delivered to my address 2 days ago but of course it wasn't.. They don't answer my emails anymore because I'm demanding a refund.. They should be locked up for what they do to innocent hard working people

0 but that’s not possible so I give 1 - no but seriously do NOT order from this website I ordered a bed in October 2021 kept promising me delivery then wouldn’t arrive this went on and on until mid January 2022 when I had to order a bed from a more trusted source I was loosing so much business income tried to email and phone the company countless times they ended up not responding to me I was extremely angry threatened them with solicitors no response so unprofessional clearly scammers just hope this doesn’t happen to many others!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. This company is a scam, they should be closed down!! I ordered a beauty bed/couch and not received it. I claimed PayPal for a refund. Avoid this fake company!!!

Why are these people not being investigated or even better locked up. I have been waiting for my order since October 2021 and been told it’s on its way then a refund was being processed. Nothing ever arrives. Luckily I went to my bank this morning and the money has been refunded. Absolutely diabolical. These awful people need to be stopped.

I have been waiting for 9 weeks for my order. The company would respond within minutes when trying to secure the sale. They have not answered any emails for weeks and their phone line remains disconnected.

Listen People, I am still gobsmacked that people are still parting with their cash to this bunch of scammers, to answer some of your questions as to how to recover your cash back, here's how: report the complaint to your bank and they will recover the money from them on your behalf, takes on average four weeks, but it will be returned as it is "FRAUD"

Do not buy from this company AWFUL! Order hasn't arrived, ignoring calls and emails. Avoid at all costs! They need investigating!!!

I made an order in September 2021 for a electric beauty bed. After weeks of being patient, I still have not received the product I had ordered. Any time I contacted them, all i was told was that I should expect my order in the next coming weeks. My order still never arrived. The company is now ignoring my emails and the phone line is impossible to get through to. I made a claim to my bank and thankfully have managed to get my money back. I definitely will be avoiding this company in the future! Absolute SCAM!

UNREAL!! Ordered a bed on January 1 and have not heard anything since. I followed up with 2 emails asking about shipping times and received no response. Don't even bother trying to call the number on the website as it's not even active. Now having to get £516 back through the bank...

This company needs to be tracked somehow , I am so angry and even wanted to drive the other night to the Address listed online , this fake website was set up I’m sure before Christmas knowing full well , salons are trying to get back on their feet ,
Currently on the phone to fraud department trying to see if I can get my Money back 😡

Bought a chair from here before Christmas - received absolutely no communication, chased this up after Xmas no reply… tried to phone the telephone numbers provided, a dead line! Prior to ordering from this company we checked their Facebook which still existed to make sure they were legit! Now all social media has been deleted, can’t get in touch. Spoke to the bank who refunded the money!!! So if you have been scammed by these people!! contact your bank/put in a dispute

Okay… I dont know from where to start! I see I am not the only one who been scammed from these people ! So I wished I read all the reviews before spending my money :( back in September last year I bought my furniture for the new hairdressing salon I opened. I ordered 1 backwash, 1 chair and 1 trolley! They texted me back very quickly and communication was good back then, then before I had my purchased furniture they called me to say the backwash i want its not in stock and I can have another one, okay I said because I needed it asap. After a week or two i received my backwash and my chair but not the trolley!
And then the nightmare for me started!!!
The chair was full with scratches! Not new at all!!!! I send them an email with the pictures and everything, they said to me to send it back and pay 100£ for delivery and I will have refund ! Anyway i had a feeling and I kept it with all the scratches ! Oh my… but my trolley that costs nearly 200£ never arrived !!! First they were keep lying that is coming soon blah blah and then stopped answering any of my emails! Ofcourse no answer over the phone as well !!! Last time they answered my email was begging on january saying their accountant will be back on work on 10th of January and then i will have my money back! Liars !!! Bloody liars !!! I never got my money back neither my trolley !!! I am going this week to try and take my money back if I can! And I will report this scammers everywhere I can! They need to be shut down forever and took to court for fraud on so many costumers !!! I wish I can meet them face to face and spit on their faces !

Please do not buy from this company and do not believe the 5 start reviews. They have already been removed once! I have reported this company directly to Trust Pilot and have had to claim 4K back from my bank after the goods I ordered back in November never arrived!
No one will answer the phones anymore or reply to emails. Avoid at all costs!

EDIT: I have just reported them to Trading Standards. I recommend everyone else do the same if possible. I think it will help them look into it and shut them down sooner.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a bed on December 18th. It hasn’t arrived. I have chased via email. Received only one response from them stating I should expect to wait for between 3-5 weeks for delivery. I explained that this wasn’t the case when I ordered it. I have since emailed and called. The phone number now appears to be switched off. This is a complete scam. Really disappointed as I am starting new and have just thrown £130 down the drain. I will report them in the hope everyone else does and they can be stopped from ripping off other innocent people.
