Lacking Professional Integrity
I confirmed an appointment nearly two months in advance and again less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Based on those confirmations, I used $416 of earned PTO to ensure availability.
The appointment was canceled approximately two hours before it was set to begin. When I raised concerns about the financial impact and lack of notice, the justification for the cancellation changed.
The documentation shows that I repeatedly expressed willingness to follow professional guidance, flexibility around process, and openness to preliminary testing—including asking the day before whether a test strand should be scheduled separately and being told it would be done at the appointment. My stated goal was simply to address regrowth in any appropriate way.
After accountability was raised, the business characterized the issue as a lack of “trust,” a claim that is directly contradicted by the written record. No resolution, compensation, or acknowledgment of the financial impact was provided.
Other reviews describe the same pattern: same-day cancellations after clients make significant accommodations, paired with strict late-cancellation penalties imposed only on clients.
The screenshots speak for themselves.
