I was initially unhappy with the product as the screen had cracked 5 days after receiving it. However, after they were made aware they resolved the issue very quickly and were extremely accommodating. Customer service was great.

I placed an order and it said it got…
I placed an order and it said it got delivered and it never did. I called customer service they said they wasn’t sure what had happened and that my order was coming up under someone else details and they had a glitch in the system over the weekend. They then said they would re send the order but then called me back and said that every item is now out of stock and to go and shop somewhere else. When I looked on the website it still showed stock online

After reviewing your order, it appears there was an issue with the courier tracking linking to another customer’s details, which understandably caused confusion around the delivery. When you contacted us, our team initially arranged a replacement for you.
However, shortly after this, the main items in your order went out of stock. You were contacted and given the option to either receive the remaining items with a refund for those unavailable, or to receive a full refund. Following your preference, a full refund was processed.
We also understand you needed the items urgently, and while we always aim to offer alternatives, on this occasion we unfortunately didn’t have stock available to resend.
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the mixed experience you received. This is not the level of service we strive to provide.
