Being a professional athlete I regularly require deep tissue massages to heal my injuries and recharge my body for my next training session. I have tried yoga and its a great alternative to having a massage. Along with Paulius we practiced yin yoga and as result my next training session was way productive than on normal training days. Also, the pain in my shoulder has since subsided. I definitely will be practicing yoga on regular basis!
