What a terrible system

What a terrible system! It's been over 6 months or more trying to figure out the process. I uploaded numerous documents and calls (before anything was resolved). This system needs to be removed and replaced with a working one; It is a disaster. (no instructions on what the heck they mean). There is no step process (1, 2, 3, etc.), it is a maze of disconnected garbage going around in a circle. Does the technical support have limited or no knowledge, they only know how to say that they don't know that they will give you numbers and emails to call, they want you to start again? and again, reset, do it again and again so that months later it is still where it started. This site joke has been going on for months. It needs to be reviewed and managed by an organization that can do it better. It is so poorly designed that it would fail if a company looked for work here. Finish back at step one, over and over again. So, the date (is one of several similar experiences in the last 3 months. I don't recommend it to anyone who has used and in the end, they tell u need a sponsor(big company) to get a job that is bushes I don't need sponsors I can do the job

Sam gov & grants gov are red tape obstacles

Sam.gov and grants.gov are red tape obstacles. There is always some glitch, now Sam.gov does not allow me to have a UEI number for one of my businesses as an organization, and my other business is listed as an individual, so I have to once again go to the Help Desk. They just come up with new ways to prevent individuals with businesses from applying for grants with technicalities in applications. There is always some creepy something to try to disqualify a grant applicant(s) from SBIR. I have my breakthrough Agri-Technology invention, and they just care about red tape obstacles. It is so much waste of time, and people say their organizations keep applying every year and are denied even though they did the application correctly. The USA government seems extremely discriminatory.

Crap shoot - needs to be overhauled by people who can develop platform technology

What a terrible system. It's been over a month trying to figure out the process. Uploaded numerous documents only to have the staff close the case (before it was resolved). This system needs to be removed and replaced with one that works - it's a mess. The entiites have numbers above them (with no directions on what the heck they mean?) There is no step process (1, 2, 3, etc) it's a maze of disconnected crap. TEch support is limited in knowledge and they simply want you to delete and start over? This delete your information and start over - resets your (place in line for 10+ days - so you go back and do it over and over - so, months later you are still where you started. Dun and Brad street was a 24 hr process-- this joke of a site is months. It really needs to be overhawled and run by an organization that can do it 100000000 x better. It's so poorly designed it would fail in the market place. Numerous attempts to work through the issues only to end up back at step one - over and over again. So the date (is one of several of the same experience over the past 3 months. The goverment designed this? What a disgrace!
