I ordered the ultimate lift full figure bra and may as well just chuck a cut off mans vest on. Zero support whatsoever and no push up at all. Absolutely disgraceful.

Scam company. Took payment and didnt dispatch the order. Avoid.

Ordered boots which I cancelled within 3 hours the advert boosts you can cancel within 12 hours , emails ignored. Boots just left on my doorstep no return note address. I reported to facebook as it is definitely false advertising they just deleted the thread ! Surely something can be done about this fraudulent company

Ordered a pair of boots which looked pretty good - warm and waterproof. When they arrived, they are very poor quality and look awful! I contacted the company (China - Freemanlove0619) and they replied saying the cost of returning them was too expensive, and they would offer me a 10% refund - BIG WOW!!!!
Steer clear

Items' sizes bear no resemblance to what I ordered. And there is no return address to send them back. Evri delivered the parcel, but their own returns process does not recognise the retailer. Looks like Ive been suckered by yet another con-company from China.

Wish I'd come here to read the reviews first..... same experience as others. Sent a size way smaller than the actual size. No return option given when I emailed and offered 10% refund. What a con! Currently pushing for better outcome.

I placed an order with them, then after I'd paid I read the reviews on Trustpilot. I panicked and sent them an email to cancel the order. I expected a hassle getting a refund but they very quickly sent the money to my bank. I can't fault them.

I Have sent many emails for them in a Gmail account without any reply. They advertise on Facebook with false promises of free refunds and 100% guarantees of satisfaction - don't get sucked in.

Their opening offer is a 10% refund to keep the goods. I managed to get 40% through persistence. They advertise on Fzcebook with false promises of free refunds and 100% guarantees of satisfaction - don't get sucked in.

This company uses adverts that call it Summer Online, and the web site gives an address in Germany, but this company is based in China. It tells you that returns will cost nothing and will be fully refunded if sent back correctly. When trying to return items you quickly find out this is untrue. They actually offer you an amount which is actually less than the postage cost. which they do increase if questioned but still a lot less than was originally paid. Their sizes are incorrect which is why I was retuning my item. They are not interested in getting goods back and try to tell you the costs for postage are more than you spent, in order to persuade you to accept their measly offer.

Been waiting over 2 months for my parcel. Do not trust the site, ita an absolute scam. I am now having to go through my bank to try and get the money back

Same experience as the others. This is a fraudulent website making many false claims. The items come from and are sized for China, IE: child sizes and you will not get a full refund. Its called "Summer Online" but this is the actual link to the site. I ordered what i believed was my size from their size guide. Turns out the items were too small. So went through the correct methods and emailed for a refund, I've been offered a 10% refund and i can keep the items that dont fit. It is just not acceptable. They have told me it would cost me more in shipping to return the items then it did for me buying them. I feel lile this is such a "escape answer" and they aren't even trying to resolve the issue. I just want a return address and a full refund, and like many other clothing shops they should be footing the bill for return postage, as its within the 14 window.
