The response from Sampension is far from the truth. We all know all pensions are determined by age- even small kids know that. The issue at hand is the sampension board deciding to spilt my pension into two., and putting a limit as to how much one can withdraw or transfer all or put all his/her pension together, the law clearly stipulates when someone emigrates permanently , they should be able to take their pension with them. All other pension companies do that except Sampension. The internet is littered with Sampension giving millions to law firms that advise clients and 200 disgruntled customers dragging Sampension to court, trust me , I am in the process of hiring a lawyer.
