Horrible customer experience when trying to cancel my membership. Despite emailing and advising of my need to cancel, and agreeing to a lengthy penalty period, they continued to debit my account, refused a full refund and insisted on paperwork I was not able to complete as required. Repeat emails to cancel are apparently not sufficient. Greedy scammers. Reported to ACCC and waiting for an outcome.
