If you are looking for a family …
If you are looking for a family oriented option that actually truly is customer service driven. This is that place. I unfortunately had a physical injury situation which caused me to return my furniture twice. What did Sam's do? They did not stop until I was happy.
From the salespersons, to scheduling and delivery staff and even the CEO - I received a customer service experience that a majority of companie's should envy.

When I got dilivery
When I went to get my furniture it was all good, I paid it off no payments. When I got delivery.The furniture looked like it been used it was all scratched and in bad shape. Called many times and nothing when they came in they tried to use a maker to cover the scratches but they made it worse. First and last time I will ever use them

You stressed out a pregnant lady!
My first experience with Sam's was great! I bought a bed and it's truly an amazing product. Sturdy and looks great. Delivery was prompt as well. My second experience was TERRIBLE!!!! I bought a sectional and ottoman and the initial delivery took 5 weeks just for the sectional. I had moved and was close to the end of my pregnancy and nesting but couldn't do much because my furniture was taking so long. They kept saying it was backordered. So WHY LET A PERSON BUY IT?! They wouldn't deliver the couch without the Ottoman unless I paid for delivery twice is what I was told even though it wasn't my fault. So I went 5 weeks without my furniture when they had the couch in but just not the stupid ottoman. That was before I complained so much that they finally delivered it just before I gave birth. I ordered in March I didn't get all of my stuff until May!
